Piept de rata, orez basmati in lapte de cocos cu cimbru si legume la wok

Noua ne place carnea de rata. Zice-se ca are multa grasime, dar o mancam rar, asa ca nu contorizam 🙂

Pieptul de rata e facut aici in modul clasic, accesibil si incepatorilor. Carnea sarata si piperata se sigileaza in tigaie cateva minute, apoi la cuptor incins maxim 5 minute, intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Pentru sos pastrati in tigaie putina grasime (restul se arunca), adaugati putin otet balsamic rosu si miere, reduceti, putin vin alb sec si o lingurita de unt la final.

Orezul se fierbe in lapte de cocos, in care ati pus sare si doua crengute de cimbru proaspat.

Legumele taiate felii (nu prea subtiri) se calesc la wok 2 minute la foc mare in putin ulei de susan, apoi se adauga putin sos de soia si sos de stridii.
